No other country or region has been the cradle for the birth and growth of anything so rich. Yes, we do have fundamentalists amongst us, but there is an underlying undeniable harmony that shall never cease to make India, the greatest among the great!

This page, in random, is committed to provide colourful and useful information on the several religious practices of the country. This shall include all the religions.

VINAYAKA CHATHURTHI

Also called as Ganesh Chathurthi, the event gathered more respect due to the efforts of the Great Lala Bal Gangadhar Tilak! Also, known fondly as the Ferocious Lokmanya Tilak!

The God Ganapathi, or Vinayak, or Ganesh is known as the God of all Good Beginnings! and is first paid respects before anything is started in India. The deity is the presiding deity in all Indian functions.
